Mr Ashworth from Berkshire had an attached garage to his 4 bedroom house. He was fed up with the dust from the garage floor being bought into the house and on to his new carpets. He wanted a floor covering for his garage that would last a lifetime and was easy to clean. He approached one of our Partners who he had found on Google.

He was issued a price on his initial enquiry based on rough measurements he supplied on the call, he then asked if a survey could be arranged. A survey date was agreed and one of our Partner's sales team made a visit to confirm the measurements and take some photos of the existing floor. After the survey, they shared the photos with us to make sure everything was okay with the substrate, so we could advise them on what extras to include in their quotation. Our Partners then quoted their customer with the piece of mind that every detail had been covered, the customer was delighted and asked for an installation date. A date was agreed between us and a deposit invoice of 40% of the value was issued to the customer to hold the installation date; we then issued our deposit invoice to our partner of 30% of the value, meaning you will have a 10% margin as revenue before the install has begun.

Our team carry out the installation on the day and get the job signed off by the customer. Final invoices are then sent out to the customer and to our partner. Invoices are settled within the terms agreed. Our Partner earned £833.00 ex VAT on this particular project with minimal time/expense to their business.
